Our services
Crown City Booths provides photo booth rental services for weddings, corporate events, and private parties in the Greater Charlotte, North Carolina area. Quotes provided are estimates; final pricing and availability are confirmed in a written booking agreement.
Quote requests
When you submit a quote request, you authorize us to contact you by email and, if you provide consent, by text message and phone, using the contact details you provide.
SMS / text messaging terms
By opting in on our quote form, you consent to receive text messages from Crown City Booths about your quote request and booking. Message types include confirmations, price quotes, appointment and booking reminders, and customer-service replies.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@crowncitybooths.com or (980) 463-9139. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed only upon a signed agreement and any required deposit. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are set out in your booking agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our website and services lawfully. We may decline or cancel service at our discretion where necessary.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown City Booths is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our website. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis.
